*Delivery time frames are approximate only. In any event of unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances such as weather, strikes and lockouts, transportation and customs check may cause a delay in delivery time and AMAZINGTHING shall not be liable for such delay in delivery or any losses.

1. Business Hours
We process and ship orders placed between Monday - Friday (GMT+8). Order placed on Friday night, Saturday, Sunday, major holidays and/or company closures will not be fulfilled until the following business day.

2. Duties, Taxes, and More.
Any possible import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Please double check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before purchasing. The carrier will not return such a package to us until these fees are properly paid. If the package is refused or abandoned at customs or receiver, we will remain the right to deduct it from the initial refund amount. *Please fill in the details in English. Some countries apply duties or VAT on shipments received from Hong Kong. You are responsible for any such extra taxes or fees your government applies to get the package delivered.


3. Estimated Delivery Time
The delivery timeframe starts from the ship out date, not when an order was placed. Delivery time: Hong Kong: 2-4 business days. For other areas, the estimated delivery time is 6-22 business days. While we always do our best to ensure the postal service and courier will deliver your parcel within that advertised timeframe, it is possible that delays might happen due to circumstances that are out of our control.

4. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
